I would say that it is easier to manage an IT project. I would imagine that the scope of a Construction project is far more complex. For example, constructing the tallest building in a foreign country is an endeavor best suited for the most experienced alpha project managers. You would be dealing with constraints in a much greater capacity and the stakes would be extraordinarily high. - Yajayra Wojtas
